The EMCO HYPERTURN 50 is a highly dynamic, multi-functional turning center designed for complete machining. It combines a spacious work area with a compact footprint, supporting a 12- or 16-station turret with direct drive and BMT interface. The rigid, two-piece base structure ensures high precision and thermostability, even when cutting demanding materials like hardened steels and aerospace alloys.
With a high-speed spindle up to 12,000 rpm and a powerful 15 kW motor, it delivers the torque needed for precision turning and seamless milling. The Y-axis is integrated at 90° to the X-axis for optimized stability and minimal overhang, making it a strong choice for complex, high-accuracy parts. Designed for industries that demand efficiency—automotive, aerospace, and medical—the HYPERTURN 50 is automation-ready, featuring EMCONNECT integration, Sinumerik ONE or Fanuc 31i-B Plus controls, and an optional BMT-turret with water-cooled direct drive.
