High-Performance Turning Center
The EMCO HYPERTURN 50 is a compact, multi-functional turning center built for complete machining. Its rigid two-piece base structure supports high accuracy and thermal stability, even when cutting hardened steels and aerospace-grade materials. A 12- or 16-station turret with direct drive and BMT interface supports efficient turning and milling operations.
A high-speed spindle up to 12,000 rpm and a powerful 15 kW motor deliver strong torque for precision work. The Y-axis is positioned at 90 degrees to the X-axis to improve stability and reduce overhang during milling. With automation readiness, EMCONNECT integration, and control options including Sinumerik ONE or Fanuc 31i-B Plus, the HYPERTURN 50 is well suited for automotive, aerospace, and medical production.
