Resale, Returns, & Exchanges
Resale Policy
TITANS of CNC sells products directly to individuals, businesses, educational institutions, and other end users. Unless otherwise authorized in writing by TITANS of CNC, products purchased through our website may not be purchased for the purpose of resale or redistribution.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel orders that we reasonably believe are intended for unauthorized resale.
By placing an order with TITANS of CNC, you confirm that the products are being purchased for your own use or your organization's use and not for unauthorized resale.
Returns
Return eligibility varies by product and manufacturer. To request a return, contact TITANS of CNC within 30 days of delivery. A return request does not guarantee approval, and products must not be returned until a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been issued.
- Eligible products must be new, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all included components and documentation.
- Custom, configured, made-to-order, special-order, clearance, final-sale, software, digital, or manufacturer-designated non-returnable products may not be eligible for return.
- Unless the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by TITANS of CNC.
- C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
- Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused.
To request a return, email orders@titansofcnc.com and include:
- Order date
- Order number
- Product SKU
- Full name
- Reason for the return
If the return is approved, we will provide an RMA number and return instructions. Clearly include the RMA number as instructed and ship the product to the return address provided with your authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the tracking information until the return is complete.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact orders@titansofcnc.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number, product information, a description of the issue, and photos when applicable. We will review the issue and provide instructions for the appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Approved returns are inspected by TITANS of CNC or the product manufacturer, depending on the product and fulfillment arrangement. Once the return has been received and approved, TITANS of CNC will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.
Refunds may be reduced by applicable shipping, restocking, or other manufacturer-authorized fees. Any applicable fees will be communicated as part of the return authorization process.
After a refund is issued, processing time varies by bank or payment provider. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
Exchanges
Exchange eligibility varies by product and manufacturer. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and approved before any product is returned.
- Products approved for exchange must be new, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Custom, configured, made-to-order, special-order, clearance, final-sale, software, digital, or manufacturer-designated non-returnable products may not be eligible for exchange.
- Unless the exchange is required because of an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable shipping or manufacturer fees.
- C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.
To request an exchange, email orders@titansofcnc.com with your order date, order number, product SKU, full name, and reason for the exchange.
If approved, we will provide an RMA number and instructions for returning the product. Exchanges may be processed by TITANS of CNC or the product manufacturer depending on the product and fulfillment arrangement. We will provide additional instructions and updates as the exchange is processed.
