Resale, Return, Refund, and Exchange Policies
Reseller Policy
At TITANS of CNC, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. To maintain this standard and ensure that our products reach end-users directly, we do not authorize the purchase of our products for resale purposes.
Purchases made on our website are intended for personal use only. Any purchase suspected of being made with the intent to resell is subject to cancellation at our discretion.
By placing an order with TITANS of CNC, you confirm that you are purchasing for personal use and not for resale.
Returns
- All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- All returns must be in their original packaging and condition (new, undamaged, unused).
- You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
- C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
- Email your return request to orders@titansofcnc.com and include the following details:
- Order date
- Order number
- Product SKU number
- Full name and reason for requesting a return
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Please clearly write the RMA number on both the packing list and the shipping label of your return package.
- Ship the return package (including the updated packing list) to the vendor address provided in the RMA. We recommend obtaining and keeping tracking information for your records.
Refunds
All returns are processed by the manufacturer of the product. Once they receive and inspect the returned item, they will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Please note that refunds will be issued minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees. Allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your account.
Exchanges
