The TITAN-8M “Binocular” is a compact exercise in tight-tolerance holemaking and clean blending. The part pairs aligned through-bores with precision counterbores and radiused features, forcing solid fixturing, sharp tools, and steady chip evacuation to keep burrs down and surface finish up. It’s a great “real shop” part—short cycle, high consequence—that rewards good speeds/feeds, flood coverage, and disciplined deburring.
