The TITAN-863 Setup Plate is precision surface-ground from 4140 steel on a Ziersch Z 510 to establish flat, parallel datums for downstream machining. Balanced passes, spark-out cycles, and routine wheel dressing control heat and keep geometry stable on the 40" x 20" magnetic setup.
