The TITAN-849 "Keyed Shaft" project focuses on dead-true ODs and shoulders with the keyway timed and protected. We chase tenths on size and runout, hold concentricity between bearing fits and the keyseat, and finish to ~16 µin Ra or better. Edges are broken, the keyway is fully deburred, and every feature is verified so assembly is smooth—no persuasion required.
