Types of Mist Collector Filters
With proper maintenance, your filters can have a long life. In the event you need to replace your filters, choose the relevant type to match your mist collector model.
Emulsion Filters
The Pre-Filter captures large particles and combines mist droplets from emulsions. The Main Filter uses specialized media to target finer particulates and effectively maintain clean air in your shop.
For use only in oil and water-based coolant applications.
Oil Filters
An Oil Pre-Filter handles large particulates and condenses oil mists. The subsequent main filter uses advanced media to remove fine oil particles, ensuring a clean and safe air quality that meets industry standards.
For use in oil- and emulsion-based coolant applications.
HEPA 13 Filter
HEPA filters capture at least 99.97% of all particles as small as 0.3 microns, including fine dust and smoke particles, exceeding typical health and safety regulations in precision manufacturing environments.
HEPA 13 Filters only available on select mist collector models.
