FOX HE 1000 Electrostatic Oil Mist Collector
Electrostatic Filtration for Straight-Oil Machining
The FOX HE 1000 is designed for small to medium machine-tool enclosures using straight cutting oil. Its electrostatic filtration system removes mist, smoke, and odors while maintaining a compact machine-side footprint.
Two-speed airflow and accessible filter components simplify day-to-day operation and maintenance. Optional E11 and H13 final filtration modules are available when an additional filtration stage is required.

Types of Mist Collector Filters
With proper maintenance, your filters can have a long life. In the event you need to replace your filters, choose the relevant type to match your mist collector model.
Oil-Emulsion Filters
The Pre-Filter captures large particles and combines mist droplets from emulsions. The Main Filter uses specialized media to target finer particulates and effectively maintain clean air in your shop.
For use only in oil and water-based coolant applications.
HEPA 13 Filter
HEPA filters capture at least 99.97% of all particles as small as 0.3 microns, including fine dust and smoke particles, exceeding typical health and safety regulations in precision manufacturing environments.
HEPA 13 Filters only available on select mist collector models.
