Types of Mist Collector Filters
With proper maintenance, your filters can have a long life. In the event you need to replace your filters, choose the relevant type to match your mist collector model.
Emulsion Filters
An Emulsion pre-filter captures large particles and combines mist droplets from emulsions, preparing them for the main filter. The main filtration stage employs a specialized media that targets finer particulates, effectively maintaining clean air in your shop.
Oil Filters
An Oil pre-filter handles large particulates and condenses oil mists. The subsequent main filter uses advanced media to remove fine oil particles, ensuring a clean and safe air quality that meets industry standards.
HEPA 13 Filter*
The final stage of filtration, HEPA filters capture at least 99.97% of all particles as small as 0.3 microns, including fine dust and smoke particles, thus exceeding typical health and safety regulations in precision machining environments.
